Absolute Disclaimer of Advice & Fiduciary Duty All content provided by Cortensor, including but not limited to its website, whitepapers, roadmap, and technical documentation (collectively, the "Materials"), is provided for informational and illustrative purposes ONLY. The Materials are NOT and shall under no circumstances be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, tax, or any other form of professional advice. No fiduciary relationship of any kind is created by your access to or use of these Materials.
No Ownership, Equity, or Rights of Any Kind The $COR token is a UTILITY SIMULATION TOKEN designed exclusively for non-commercial, experimental use within Cortensor's testnet/devnet environment. HOLDING $COR TOKENS ABSOLUTELY AND UNEQUIVOCALLY DOES NOT GRANT:
Any form of ownership, equity, stock, shares, or security in Cortensor, its affiliates, or its assets.
Any voting, governance, or decision-making rights.
Any right to revenue, profits, or dividends.
Any intellectual property rights. The $COR token confers, at best, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable-at-will, and non-negotiable license to interact with the designated testnet features, which may be terminated by Cortensor at any time, for any reason, or for no reason.
Testnet/Devnet Environment – No Value or Mainnet Promise The Cortensor platform and the $COR token exist SOLELY in a testnet/devnet environment. They are experimental and HAVE ZERO FINANCIAL VALUE. Cortensor makes NO PROMISES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR GUARANTEES whatsoever regarding the transferability of $COR tokens, their functionality outside the testnet, or any future transition to a mainnet. Any reference to a "mainnet" is purely conceptual and speculative and DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A COMMITMENT.
No Inducement to Purchase; Acknowledgment of Zero Value The Materials are NOT an inducement, solicitation, or offer to purchase any asset of value. The $COR token is a FACILITATIVE TOOL FOR A TEST ENVIRONMENT ONLY. You expressly acknowledge that any acquisition or use of $COR tokens is done with the understanding that they are WORTHLESS and carry a 100% risk of loss.
Unilateral and Absolute Right to Blacklist and Restrict To protect the integrity, security, and operational stability of its testnet environment, Cortensor reserves the ABSOLUTE, SOLE, AND UNILATERAL RIGHT to blacklist, freeze, seize, render inactive, or otherwise restrict access to any wallet address and the $COR tokens associated with it. This action may be taken for any reason or no reason, at Cortensor's sole and unfettered discretion, including but not limited to suspicion of fraudulent activity, network abuse, violation of platform terms, or any activity Cortensor deems potentially harmful or undesirable. THIS DECISION IS FINAL AND IS NOT SUBJECT TO DISPUTE, CHALLENGE, OR ARBITRATION. You irrevocably waive any claim arising from such action.
Express Assumption of All Risk and Full Responsibility Your engagement with Cortensor's platform and $COR tokens is ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. You expressly assume COMPLETE AND SOLE RESPONSIBILITY for any and all risks, including but not limited to the total and irreversible loss of any funds used to acquire $COR tokens, loss of access, and any technical failures. You acknowledge the highly experimental and volatile nature of blockchain technology and accept these risks without reservation.
Comprehensive Release and Waiver of Liability By accessing, using, or holding any Cortensor Materials or $COR tokens, you IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS Cortensor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, foreseen or unforeseen, arising from or related to your use of Cortensor's services, the Materials, or $COR tokens.
No Legal Recourse; Waiver of Dispute Resolution YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE IS NO BASIS FOR ANY LEGAL DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION AGAINST CORTENSOR. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you HEREBY KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS to pursue any form of dispute resolution, including but not limited to arbitration, class action, lawsuit, or any other legal or equitable proceeding in any jurisdiction, arising from your interaction with Cortensor's platform, Materials, or $COR tokens. Your engagement is a voluntary participation in a test environment with NO EXPECTATION OF PROFIT, VALUE, OR PROTECTED RIGHTS.
Modification Without Notice Cortensor reserves the UNQUALIFIED RIGHT to amend, modify, or replace this Disclaimer at any time and for any reason. Such changes are effective immediately upon publication. It is your SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to monitor for updates. Your continued access or use constitutes binding acceptance of any and all modifications.
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
BY ACCESSING, READING, OR USING ANY CORTENSOR MATERIALS OR $COR TOKENS, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGED, UNDERSTOOD, AND IRREVOCABLY AGREED TO BE BOUND BY EVERY TERM AND CONDITION SET FORTH IN THIS DISCLAIMER.
