2. Testnet/Devnet Environment

  • Cortensor’s platform and the $COR token are currently designated for use in testnet/devnet environments. As such, the $COR token serves as an experimental, non-commercial tool within the Cortensor ecosystem and does not offer any financial value, promise of transferability, or guarantee of transition to mainnet.

3. No Inducement to Purchase Tokens

  • Cortensor’s materials, including website content and technical documentation, should not be interpreted as an inducement or solicitation to purchase $COR tokens. The $COR token is intended solely for participation within the Cortensor ecosystem, and any token-related activities are undertaken at the user’s discretion and risk.

4. Limited Use of $COR Tokens

  • $COR tokens are designed solely for platform interaction in a testnet/devnet environment. Cortensor disclaims any liability or guarantees related to the value, functionality, or usability of $COR outside its specified platform functions. Use of $COR for any purpose outside the Cortensor ecosystem is neither supported nor warranted.

5. No Guarantee of Token Value or Financial Gain

  • Cortensor provides no guarantee, warranty, or assurance about the value, stability, or future potential of the $COR token. Users should exercise caution and assume that $COR has no financial value, including the possibility of a complete loss of funds.

6. Assumption of Risk

  • Engaging with Cortensor’s platform and $COR tokens involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of the entire amount spent on tokens. Users acknowledge the high-risk nature of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and assume full responsibility for all risks associated with interacting with Cortensor and $COR.

7. Release of Liability

  • By accessing or using any Cortensor materials, services, or tokens, users agree to release and hold harmless Cortensor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to Cortensor’s services, $COR tokens, and any use thereof. This release includes all potential financial, legal, or operational impacts.

8. Disclaimers for Mainnet or Future Development

  • Any information about potential mainnet launches, token transitions, or further platform development is speculative and subject to change without notice. Cortensor disclaims any obligation or commitment to deploy a mainnet or transition $COR tokens to a mainnet environment. There is no warranty that any future developments will be implemented as described or on any set timeline.

9. Transfer Restrictions

  • Users acknowledge that $COR tokens may have restrictions on transferability within Cortensor’s testnet/devnet environment. Tokens may only be used within Cortensor’s network in accordance with platform guidelines and applicable laws.

10. Third-Party Partnerships and Integrations
