ULTIMATE WAIVER, RELEASE, AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF NO RIGHTS
IMPORTANT: THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY. BY ACCESSING, USING, OR HOLDING ANY CORTENSOR MATERIALS OR $COR TOKENS, YOU IRREVOCABLY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. READ THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE PROCEEDING. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL TERMS, YOU MUST CEASE ALL INTERACTION WITH CORTENSOR IMMEDIATELY.
1. ABSOLUTE NATURE OF AGREEMENT; NO FIDUCIARY DUTY This document constitutes the sole and exclusive agreement between you and Cortensor regarding your interaction with its ecosystem. It supersedes all prior communications and representations. NO FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP OF ANY KIND EXISTS between you and Cortensor. You affirm you are not relying on any statement or promise not explicitly contained herein.
2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TESTNET SIMULATION & ZERO VALUE You unequivocally acknowledge and agree that the Cortensor platform and the $COR token are EXCLUSIVELY EXPERIMENTAL TESTNET/DEVNET SIMULATIONS. They have ZERO FINANCIAL VALUE and are not designed for, nor should they be treated as, investments. Any reference to a future "mainnet" is a hypothetical concept only and DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A PROMISE, GUARANTEE, OR COMMITMENT OF ANY KIND.
3. NO OWNERSHIP OR RIGHTS CONFERRED The $COR token is a SOFTWARE LICENSE KEY for a test environment and nothing more. Holding $COR tokens ABSOLUTELY AND UNEQUIVOCALLY DOES NOT GRANT any ownership, equity, security, debt, voting rights, or any other financial or legal interest in Cortensor, its assets, intellectual property, or revenue streams. Your license to use the token is limited, non-transferable, revocable at will, and may be terminated by Cortensor at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability.
4. DERIVATIVE PRODUCTS: UNCONDITIONAL ASSUMPTION OF TOTAL LOSS CORTENSOR BEARS ABSOLUTELY ZERO LIABILITY FOR ANY DERIVATIVE USE OF $COR TOKENS (e.g., staking, yield farming, lending). Any rewards are simulated, valueless testnet entries. You acknowledge that smart contracts are experimental and prone to failure, and you ACCEPT THE UNCONDITIONAL RISK OF TOTAL AND IRRETRIEVABLE LOSS of any tokens used in such activities, whether due to code flaws, network attacks, project decisions, or any other cause. The project is NOT AT FAULT for any loss.
5. TOKEN ISSUANCE AND BLACKLISTING RIGHTS Cortensor reserves the absolute right to blacklist wallet addresses for various reasons, including but not limited to, instances of scams, stolen funds, or violations of the rules by contractors who received tokens as part of their compensation. Blacklisting an address shall serve as the only means of terminating the associated contract or agreement, effectively voiding the transfer or trade of tokens that were issued to that address. Furthermore, Cortensor retains full authority to blacklist addresses as necessary for its business operations, and you acknowledge and agree that you hold no legal power, influence, or recourse against such actions. For any free tokens issued by Cortensor, it reserves full rights and control over those tokens unless the tokens were purchased by the recipient using their own funds. By accepting free tokens, you acknowledge Cortensor's authority to manage, revoke, or otherwise exercise control over the tokens as deemed appropriate for business purposes. Cortensor also reserves the right to identify, on a case-by-case basis, and blacklist any tokens or related addresses that were obtained or "sniped" during the launch process, or that are otherwise determined to be harmful to the network, the project, the community, token holders, or the ecosystem as a whole. Cortensor retains full discretion to take such actions as necessary to protect the integrity, stability, and long-term success of the project and its stakeholders.

6. UNILATERAL RIGHT TO BLACKLIST & TERMINATE Cortensor reserves the ABSOLUTE, SOLE, AND UNREVIEWABLE RIGHT to blacklist, freeze, or seize any wallet address and its associated $COR tokens (including those in staking contracts) for any reason it deems necessary, including but not limited to protecting the test environment's integrity or preventing perceived harm. YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY CLAIM RELATED TO SUCH AN ACTION. This decision is final and not subject to challenge.

7. EXPLICIT WAIVER OF CLAIMS & ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISK To the fullest extent permissible by law, your release of liability extends to claims based on ordinary negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND THAT YOU CANNOT WAIVE LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR FRAUD. However, you acknowledge the experimental nature of the project and agree that the bar for any such claim is exceptionally high. You bear the entire burden of proving such conduct in any proceeding. You expressly assume COMPLETE AND SOLE RESPONSIBILITY for any and all risks, including the total and irreversible loss of any funds used to acquire $COR tokens.
8. COMPREHENSIVE RELEASE OF LIABILITY You hereby IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS Cortensor and its related parties from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and causes of action, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, that you have or may have in the future, arising from or related to your use of Cortensor's services, Materials, or $COR tokens.
9. No Legal Recourse; Waiver of Dispute Resolution YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE IS NO BASIS FOR ANY LEGAL DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION AGAINST CORTENSOR. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you HEREBY KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS to pursue any form of dispute resolution, including but not limited to arbitration, class action, lawsuit, or any other legal or equitable proceeding in any jurisdiction, arising from your interaction with Cortensor's platform, Materials, or $COR tokens. Your engagement is a voluntary participation in a test environment with NO EXPECTATION OF PROFIT, VALUE, OR PROTECTED RIGHTS.
10. MODIFICATION WITHOUT NOTICE Cortensor reserves the UNQUALIFIED RIGHT to amend this Disclaimer at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued access or use constitutes binding acceptance of all modifications.
FINAL AND BINDING ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BY PROCEEDING, YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE SURRENDERING SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS AND ACCEPT FULL AND TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CONSEQUENCES AND LOSSES.
